This website provides general information about UNIFOTEC-WEB and its services. Website content does not create a service agreement or guarantee availability, outcomes, pricing or delivery times.

Quotations and projects

Project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, payment stages and support arrangements must be confirmed in a written quotation or service agreement. Work outside an agreed scope may require a revised quotation.

Payments

If online payments are introduced, payments will be processed by the payment provider identified during checkout. A successful payment does not expand an agreed project scope. Deposits, milestones and balances will follow the applicable quotation or service agreement.

Refunds

Refund eligibility will depend on the approved quotation, work already completed, committed third-party costs and the reason for cancellation. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, completed work and third-party charges such as domains, hosting, licences and payment-processing fees are not refundable. Any approved refund will be returned through an agreed and traceable payment method.
